お久しぶりです。ちょっと風邪をひいてました。
最初、前の日にちょっと歩いたから筋肉痛だと思ってたんですよ。
そしたら熱があったから痛かったみたいで…
気付かずに１日普通に過ごしてました。
私は歩くのが好きなんですが、なんとなく気分転換と健康の為に歩いていると、たまに歩きすぎてしまうことがあるんです。
もっと歩いてみたくなって、ついつい歩きすぎるんですね。
歩く時は自分の中にルールがあります。
・正しい姿勢で。
・足をちゃんと上げる。
・カバンは度々持ち替える。
・進んだ道は戻らない。
・猫が居たら止まる。
・パン屋があったら覗く。
こんな感じです。
上の３つは全部体に関することです。
運動不足な私は、歩くのが唯一の運動。
きちんと歩かないと疲れてしまうので。
背筋伸ばして腹筋と背筋に適度な力を入れて、整骨院の先生に「太ももに筋肉がなくて、ふくらはぎがやたら発達してるから、歩く時に膝があがってないんじゃないですか？」と言われたので太ももや膝を意識しながら歩きます。
下３つは気分転換の要素が含まれてます。
目的地がちゃんとない時は、迷っても進みます。前向き！
猫が好きなんで、猫を追いかけて道を曲がることもあります。気まぐれ！
パンが好きなんで、行ったことないパン屋があったら覗きます。食いしん坊！
この３つでリフレッシュすること間違いなし！！
まあそんな感じで、全力で歩いているので、筋肉痛になってもおかしくないかなと思って１日過ごしちゃったんです。
寒気がするから熱をはかったら３８度！
あとは腹痛…
インフルエンザかと思って怯えながら病院に行ったら、風邪だったわけです。
大好物のチョコと豆大福も食べられない日々でした。
いまだに豆大福が無理です…
治ってうれしくてハンバーガーを食べたら腹痛が再発して大変でした。
まだ無理しないようにします…
