♪お寺の和尚さんが、かぼちゃの種を巻きました
芽が出て膨らんで、花が咲いたらジャンケンポン！
って、昔ジャンケンしたことがあるけど、よく考えたら意味わかんないすね。
かぼちゃの種にハマってます。
種だから、カロリーは高いんですが、栄養満点！
食物繊維にカリウム、マグネシウム、リン、鉄、ビタミンEに不飽和脂肪酸！
よくわからんけど、体にいいらしい。
調べてみたら、かぼちゃの種ダイエットってのがあるらしい。
食事前にかぼちゃの種を食べると、食事の食べ過ぎ防止になる上に栄養もとれるから健康的に痩せられるらしい。
しかし体験者のコメントで、一人も痩せましたって人を発見できませんでした…
かぼちゃの種がおいしすぎて、かぼちゃの種を食べ過ぎちゃうみたいです。ハイカロリーだから確かにそれじゃ意味なしですよね。
私はダイエットの為ではなく、あくまで栄養補給の為に食べてます。低血圧や貧血の人にオススメな食材らしいので。
とはいえ、確かにおいしすぎて、食べ過ぎちゃう気持ちはわかります。
なんでも食べ過ぎはよくないですもんねぇ。
